The location here was great, with easy access to dining options, the shower, restaurants, shops.

I appreciated the room with comfortable beds, the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient there, on the first stop.

My room was actually rather small.

The queen room was impeccably clean, featuring a beautiful sofa, and all services provided were excellent.

This place has recently updated, modern rooms with a nice tub/shower and plenty of toiletries, and the staff here is always friendly and provides excellent service.

Room was confortable

Check in very slow, only one person at the desk and the line was 4 deep and the clerk took about 15 min with each check in.

The room was clean and well-equipped with a sofa and all the necessary items, and the staff were friendly and always available to assist guests.

Staff in both the evening and in the morning were cold and purely business...no meaningful conversation and only short curt answers to our inquiries...no smiles and appeared to not be friendly towards us. The staff's over doing of the policy of "no pets" (we were asked twice if we had a dog that would be in the room) plus the accusing notice in the bathroom area about people taking things from the room...too over the top, too rigid and not an ounce of the fact that most people are honest and not liars or thieves!

Had a nice stay in this place for a quick overnight trip. The room looked recently renovated, and it had a cozy sofa and comfy beds. 🛁 The shower was great too!

The hotel was clean and had courteous staff. Comforts of big and updated a double room with a sofa were fabulous. The venue's location was marvellous and easy, near to highway and fast food restaurants, the tube and Franklin. It was relatively close to Mcdonald's, serving fast food.

The great service and shuttle to the casino far exceeded our expectations. There was good parking and a nice pool. The location of the property was particularly good, close to the highway, fast food restaurants, antique shops, and the downtown area; close to everything.

The staff was amazingly great. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. Coffee, toast, cereals, and yogurt served for breakfast. Located just off the Antique shops and Franklin proper.
